This skilled occupation list was updated on 18 October 2013 by The Department of Training and Workforce Development and contains a list of occupations that are eligible for State Nomination.
You must have an occupation on the Western Australian Skilled Migration Occupation List (WASMOL) to be invited to apply for State nomination.
If you have an occupation identified on the Western Australian skilled migration occupation list,you may be eligible for Western Australian State nomination using the following visas:
Skilled – Nominated (subclass 190) visa or Skilled – Nominated (Provisional) (subclass 489) visa
Please contact Migration Australia WA to check the status of your occupation on the list. We will be able to check if your occupation is currently available for State nomination.
There is also a limited number of WA State nominations available for applicants with Schedule 2 (offlist) occupations on the Western Australian skilled migration occupation list.
