Our staff member was looking to get permanent status in WA. Unfortunately we as a company are not set up to offer this so Katie applied on her own under skilled migration. We were lucky that we could maintain the position she was in for the required 2 years as it is an ongoing permanent role.
All paperwork was submitted to Migration Australia who did the rest.
The result was very good Katie has been granted her permanency and we are able to keep a very good staff member.
