Which unfortunately might be incorrect as it is only their experiences and circumstances they have to go on. So their advice is not specific to your situation and circumstances.
  • We are trained and are specialists in Australian migration law; Mark knows the law of the seas as well as the conditions (waves, wind, tides) etc which aren’t written but known only with experience, working to secure you a safe passage for your visa application
  • You are receiving legal advice that is specific to your situation.

  • We are a lighthouse shining our light on your case; so it is shown in the best possible light. We work on your behalf to present your case to the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) case officer.

Here are a few important things you need to keep in mind:

  • You need to be granted and hold an Australian visa to enter or stay in Australia, unless you are an Australian citizen.
  • Keep a copy of your visa grant notification letter. This letter contains your visa grant number and other important information about your visa.
  • You do not need a visa label in your passport to travel to, enter or stay in Australia.
